BEST VALUE AND QUALITY OUT THERE, i was always spending too much money on protein powders , bars and shakes , I need 200g of protein a day , and its 75-100+$ a week to try to eat 200g a day , i did the math , and all I have to do , is eat ONE of these trays a day , and bam , yes , I eat all 8 servings in a day , 32ounces of chicken total a day , 200g of protein guaranteed , while staying under 1000 calories, so i still have room for something else , but yes 32ounces a full tray of this , is hard to start , it takes work , but man , its worth so much , because 2 big protein bars cost 5$ each and they only get you 60g of protein , 10$ for 60g or 10$ for 200grams , your choice , u know how great of value that is ?
