Good night guard, easy process
Like $500 cheaper than the one I got from my dentist. It's a lot thinner, but so far working well to keep my TMJ/grinding at bay. Very clear and clean looking. I like that it can be cleaned with toothpaste. The process to take the impression was well explained and easy to do with door-to-door shipping. I wish they'd offer a 2nd copy from the original mold at a discount once the night guard is verified by the purchaser.

Effective, Comfortable, 1/10th the cost of one bought through dentist
I bought this Soft Slim 2mm Custom Teeth Night Guard after I became aware I was clenching my jaw/teeth in my sleep and mentioned it to my dentist. She told me I was wearing off the enamel on my teeth with the clenching activity. Now I’m getting a few hundred dollars of repair to those teeth, but she also recommended I get a mouth guard that was going to cost around $700. Yikes. I think I’ll try one off Amazon first thank you. So glad I did. This is thin enough to be very comfortable but thick enough to provide cushioning. And it fits my teeth perfectly. Another reason I’m glad I went with this guard instead of the one proposed my dentist: This kit comes with some molding material you put in your mouth and bite down on it for a few minutes - I think it was 5 minutes but I can’t remember exactly. My dentist’s mouth guard was going to require me to keep the molding material in my mouth for a half hour. I have a major gagging reflex whenever I have to have weird non-edible things in my mouth - like when I get dental X-rays. It was a little difficult for me to keep all the molding material in my mouth with absolutely no movement allowed (like gagging), but I did manage to do it for my few minutes. I can’t imagine trying to do it for a half hour with the dentist’s brand. It really wouldn’t have worked for me. In short, I am super satisfied with this mouth guard. So glad I saved more than $600 and went this route. Also, there is zero additional cost after you buy this kit. The molding material comes with the kit, along with a postage paid envelope to send the mold back to the company. They then make the guard and mail it back to you, again for no more cost. I received mine within 10 days despite sending it in right before Christmas when the postal services are pretty busy. Also if you are thinking about trying to do the cheaper versions from the drug store that you boil, bite down on then trim to fit - this is far superior. It will fit your teeth exactly and it is not thick an uncomfortable as those versions were in my experience.

Awful product. Scam.
DO NOT BUY. You have to craft the mould with cheap plastic and some substance who is god knows what. Just awful. And you can't return it so you're out $90 for an order that took too long to deliver in the first place. Total scam.

TNG works
I rub my teeth together during the day, which is very frustrating, because youʻd think Iʻd be able to stop, right? Due to a denture I got a number of years ago from a dentist who shall remain nameless, I can’t stop with the rubbing; it’s a nervous habit I can’t seem to break. It was driving me nuts, and nobody could help me. Hypnosis, acupuncture, frying pan… nothing worked. So I finally went for the bandaid approach. There are a bajillion companies making the absolute best teeth guards in the world. All perfectly wonderful. All with good-to-great reviews. And all, in the end, a gamble. So I guessed. And honestly, they might all be just as great as they say they are; I have no idea. Or maybe I got lucky and they’re all horrible except for Teeth Night Guard (the one I happened to pick).Because TNG is great at what they do. I had questions, they had answers. The right answers, which sometimes is more important than the product. I even put my bite mould on file so I can make more without going through the whole process again. TNG is good people. And their teeth guards are good too.

Practical mouth guard
Good quality and much more cost effective than the dentist. The instructions were clear and easy. I sent away and the turn around time was quick. The quality matches that of similar guards I have gotten from the dentist in the past. Great thickness to protect my teeth, yet soft and comfortable, and doesn’t interfere with my ability to sleep. Super easy to clean, I brush it when I brush my teeth.

Lifesaver - highly recommend people start out with soft nightguards like this one
Heavyduty nightguards actually made my bruxism worse so I was so glad to find they made these soft nightguards. The material was exactly what I was looking for- it's thin, gummy and is flexible but not flimsy.I like how this guard allows for some "room" so you can sort of chew or bite down on it without it causing teeth pain, which was what those harder material nightguards were doing. I used mine for 2 months without any signs of wear and tear so far, and I wake up with my teeth feeling "tight" as if I had just flossed or visited a dentist for a cleaning- this is a good thing as I know my teeth were well protected through the night. If you're looking for a guard to wear during the day at school or work, while it is very light and comfortable keep in mind this guard will give you a lisp. Only con I can think of is the long time frame it took to make these, but these time frames are all similar with these impression kits. For size comparison, the last photo is of all the other night guards I have tried and the one I am reviewing is circled in red. This is one of my best amazon purchases and I can't thank them enough.---Also!! This part isn't a review but for anyone with daytime bruxism I recommend you try this. While your mouth is closed try to lift your tongue so that it touches the roof of your mouth. It is impossible to clench your teeth together when you are doing this and if you keep up this habit you can avoid daytime grinding!
