Is this dual voltage?

The charging adaptor I have says "100 - 240V ac 50/60Hz", so I would think so. Hope that helps.

I can’t seem to find replacement blades or fools for this, are they available?

I found these available on Amazon... Wahl Lifeproof Shaver Foil and Cutter Replacement £17.99...in stock...hope this helps.

Is this cordless rechargeable?

This shaver is rechargeable, but cannot be used while being charged

Can you use it to shave the body? Like the upper torso and that?

I would say probably not, the best use I have found from this is when the hair is like stubble and is not too long, like a day or two's growth. To use it on your torso where the hair is longer you would struggle to get it doing a job. The remington quick cut clipper would be better for this type of thing.
