Husqvarna Viking Emerald 116 Sewing Machine

It does heavy-duty sewing, with the appropriate needle and machine settings. I like using mixed medium stuff like denim, canvas and leather, and my Husky never disappoints. This also means it's an absolute breeze (and fast) when working with lighter fabrics and cottons, for making clutch bags or bow clutches. Good Swedish engineering and design. It has everything you need, without a lot of extra stitches and settings you will never use. It has a fab cheat sheet that slides out from underneath, showing you all the required stitch lengths, widths and pressure foot recommendations etc., which means you don't have to memorize everything or always consult the manual. The machine is modern as regard to design and other advancements, yet it comes without the computerised stuff to confuse you! I can highly recommend this machine to hobbyists, crafters, professionals and sewing artists. Lastly, the price is very reasonable for what you're getting.

Good quality machine, with lots of basic stitches and easy to follow instructions. Ideal workhorse for everyday stitching.

I have this machine about 10 years and it has never given me any trouble. It sews beautifully. The only thing that is not great is the button-holer, and I use a different attachment for those. I highly recommend this sturdy machine, which is also very good value.

je ne suis pas une pro, mais la machine est super et j'arrive à faire mes petites retouches ou créations facilement et en super qualité.

Das ist eine sehr einfach bedienende und robuste Nähmaschine. Ausserdem sie näht so leise, wie ich mir gar nicht vorstellen könnte. Nähfuss kann man sehr hoch anheben, so dass viele lagen Stoff darunter problemlos passen können. Stich bild ist sehr, sehr schön.Einzige was man beachten soll ist für dünne Stoffe wirklich dünnes Garn zu verwenden (also hochqualitatives). Bei dickeren Stoffen ist minderwertigere Garn auch kein Problem. Hartkunstoffhaube finde ich sehr praktisch. Die Husqvarna Emerald 116 hat 2 Nadelpositionen....Links und Mitte. Zwischen diese zwei Positionen kann man noch zusätzliche Nadelpositionen varieren. Fussanlasser ist auch sehr gut "dosierbar" , und man kann ziemlich langsam nähen. Sämtliche Nahfüsse befinden sich in Zubehör (8....wo bekommt man noch so viele?). Auf diese Stelle, rate ich , wenn man öfter Paspel oder Reifeschluss ganz dicht neben Zähnen nähen will ,ein enges Reifeschlussfuss (Halbe Fuss) mit zu bestellen.Reifeschluss Fuss ist dabei und gut, aber kommt nicht ganz so dicht am Kordel oder Zähnchen. Ich bin super zufrieden und kann Husqvarna Emerald 116 mit reinen Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

despues de tener una singer durante unos años, tengo que decir que para mi esta es una pasada. La volveria a comprar una y mil veces mas. trabaja de maravilla y es de facil transporte ya que lleva una carcasa rigida para protegerla. Encantada espero que me dure mucho
