Great seller, nice glasses.
Not too large, well balanced, not top-heavy, and the pulled stem gives it strength and beauty. My main compliment is to the seller. One of the glasses had a slight defect on the lip. I immediately contacted the seller (The New York First Company) through the contact info on their enclosed guarantee card. I sent an email with a picture of the glass with the defect. It was a rough edge and it was difficult to get a good picture of that. It was more of a feel than a visual defect. But I quickly heard back that they would send a new set. I offered to just exchange the one glass, but they right-away sent a new set of two in perfect condition. The whole thing was settled within a week. I am gratified and happy to recommend these glasses and this seller. They are good at their word. "World's Best," as advertised, for more reason than one.

Finally, authentic Duke’s martini glasses!
I make an annual pilgrimage to Duke’s Bar in London for a martini (or two). In my view, and the view of many, the martinis at Duke’s are the best in the world. Part of it is the drink itself, with its bespoke vermouth and frozen gin. Part of it is the clubby, old world atmosphere of the bar and its waiters in white dinner jackets. And part of it is the vessel in which this elixir is poured. Finally, after years of searching, I have found the Duke’s martini glasses. Unique in their conical shape and no too large, although no one would call these glasses peitite, these are the perfect martini glasses. Highly recommended.

Impressive
For someone who drinks martini's on a regular basis these glasses are perfect. Not too big or too small. The depth of the bowl and the weight makes the martini glasses feel very sturdy. Sure, you can spend $100's more on a martini glass and we have done the same with some of the other name brand crystal producers. Nothing wrong with their products but going forward my preference is using these new martini glasses from now on.

Terrific, beautiful martini glass - but ....
I've purchased multiple sets of this beautiful, well-balanced martini glass which is perfect for 3 oz. cocktails. But several of the well-used glasses have developed a milky 'fog' in the upper third of the glass, that is, the area down from the rim - the lower area in which the martinis are poured have remained crystal clear. Our tap water is from a well and the water quality is top-notch and better tasting that almost all bottled water products - so, I don't think the fog is caused by water. Besides, the glasses are only washed in mild soapy water for seconds before they're rinsed and towel dried - they are never in the dish washer. The foggy portion of the martini glass is a curiosity, that's for certain.

Perfectly sized, well balanced
These are great martini glasses. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical of the "wolds best" name, but they really are a pleasure to use. Not gaudy or "over-stylized", they have the classic mid-century look and feel good in the hand. They are perfectly sized for a standard Martini or Manhattan. They have a deeper, sharper angled bowl than many other martini glasses so sloshing is reduced and provide a nice balance in the hand. The end result is a glass that has elegant proportions, is quite usable and is a pleasure to drink from.

Super good martini glasses!
These are exactly the size and shape we've been looking for. We bought three sets, four counting another set my wife ordered to give as a gift.We had a small problem with one of the glasses, and the seller fixed it immediately! Can't say enough good things about this seller and these glasses.Cheers!

simple elegance
I love a good manhattan or martini and the glass from which I drink one is almost as important to me as the drink itself.I love these two glasses! The proportions make drinking from the glass less awkward than from taller glasses: easy in fact, and the shape of the glass itself is attractive. This is a durable but somewhat elegant glass: a very good mixture of both. Yes there is a safety rim but it is subtle and hardly noticeable at all.I do find these a bit pricy but then what do they say about getting what you pay for?

Pretty but VERY brittle
I have a lot of glasses. I love glasses. I have glasses that are 100 years old. Beautiful ones. Crystal ones. Probably with lead. Probably killing me.These are beautiful glasses. They are the right size for a serious martini. They are the right shape for a serious martini. But they are so very brittle. I can't remember the last glass I chipped or broke. But I have chipped or broken 2 of these suckers in like 2 months. If you buy these you'll love them. But BE CAREFUL or they will break. Both themselves and your heart.

Oh yeah!
My wife and I have visited The Duke's bar on many occasions. These are wonderful martini glasses with just the right amount of heft. Very stylish. And the bonus of a stack of Dukes paper glass mats was a lovely surprise. If you're into martinis, the right glassware is just as important. These are the ones!
