I feel DISGUSTING after a workout... in the best possible way. I wear mine for cardio kickboxing, 45 minutes, 3 times a week, as well as while doing workout videos 2-3 times a week. I was barely breaking a sweat during classes prior to buying this, and now, when I wear it to work out, my clothes are soaked in sweat after every workout. Pros: LOTS of sweat, easy to wear, easy to wipe clean between workouts, good quality and so far durable considering I am wearing it while punching/kicking and it hasn't fallen apart. Cons: While the pants have an elastic waist, there is virtually NO stretch. I ordered a large, and I was comfortably wearing between a women's medium and large at that point, and it was a little snug. I am only 5'0" (ok, ok, technically I'm 4'11.75") and the jacket sleeves and length are perfect on me. I can't imagine being tall and having long arms would be great with this. Another issue is that the hood is almost useless to me. It's HUGE and comes down over my eyes. The elastic used to pull it tight also has these plastic pieces that whack me in the face if I don't secure them well. And while I expected this, it can be a little challenging to get the jacket off over your head since you will be so sweaty that it sticks to you. Absolutely gross, but awesome. All of that being said, I've lost enough weight while wearing this thing to be able to say that I may need to get the next size down. What was once snug is now pretty loose on me. But I'm also in a weight loss and fitness journey, so I can't fully credit this suit. I eat in calorie deficit, aiding in my weight loss, and I work out 6+ times a week. The suit is easier to remove now that I've lost weight and it is baggier on me. Overall, I highly recommend this suit.
