This is my 2nd Blackview phone, my first being the BV9800 pro. Had a small problem with this one and after talking with customer service promptly had another brand new replacement sent to me. Funny enough I'm actually typing my review on my old blackview phone which is now currently over 5 years old and still performs just fine! The only thing that caused me to replace it was the software was to outdated and caused me to lose access to some of the phone apps I need. This phone the BL7000 is heavy and large but not excessively for someone with bigger hands. The screen quality is amazing, it's lightning fast, durable and even came with a screen protector already installed so you know. Alina in the customer service was very helpful with resolving my phone issue and because of the great performance of the phones and watches I've bought through them as well as the great customer service, I plan to be a customer for a very long time.

Great price, delivered fast, good phone. The BL7000 takes great pictures in very low light. It is real fast (at everything) and works very well. But it is heavy! The display is a bit weak. The Battery life is exceptional. When you buy this version be sure to delete as much Bloatware (that is preinstalled) as possible. Overall it is the best deal for a low priced quality phone that I could find. Thanks!

I like the idea behind the rugged phone and especially the huge battery but unfortunately the phones themselves are junk and this one is no exception. It would not go past the first screen without the app crashing and going into loops. I turned it off and back on and the same things. The sim card tray does not require a extraction tool which is a nice feature except the "handle" of the card tray literally popped on as I was pulling it out. I had to use a small blade to get the tray out but it came out easily. I called Blackview tech support and the person was very nice and answered very quickly. He offered to help me flash the phone but that would not resolve the sim card tray issue. He suggested I return the phone which is what I am going to do. If someone knows of a respected brand phone that makes a rugged phone with a huge battery please make a suggestions.

great phone and does not need a protective case. The rubber around the frame protects it from falls that has broke other phones.

I thought I already wrote a review. This phone is absolutely amazing. I give it a 10 out of 10. It even comes with a night vision camera on it! The price of this is extremely reasonable for what you're getting to hold in your hand. It's a nice big screen and bright, I need this because I have poor vision. I think the sound could be a little louder, but I'm working with it. Other than that, it's 24 GB of RAM and a 256 GB of storage. Plus an SD slot that I put another 256 GB card in which you can't even put in a lot of phones anymore, for some reason some manufacturers are doing away with the micro SD card slots in their phones. I appreciate that this is a Android 15 phone, I use T-Mobile service and so far I believe this phone is batting in 90 out of 100. As I said I think the volume on the voice connections could be a little louder, I'm still working on that though there's a lot to learn on this phone and you can do a lot! Being an Android, you probably already know that. I have found no limitations so far and I am quite happy. I would definitely consider this phone if you are looking for a heavy duty phone, that you can really hang on to, and does what you wanted to do. The battery life is pretty much insane, I charge it every other day and I use it all day long! My previous phone did not do that in any way! The display is amazing, I'm impressed how bright you can make it and just tell clear it is.

Very strong phone and it was very easy to use. No need to buy a case because this phone has a strong cover on it own. Despite being large and heavy, this phone performs excellently. The phone's screen is clear, and even with frequent use. The phone's NFC feature, which improves life, is its finest feature. Many phones in this price range are missing this feature. So far, cannot complain about it.

The phone is great in every way. I've had no issues with it at all. It is a larger phone and heavy. But feels very durable. Camera is decent and I love the night vision aspect of the camera. I would definitely buy another Blackview phone. I do wish I could find a place to order the charging dock for the BL7000. So far can't find one that will ship to the US.

Received this phone and it was defective right out of the box. It started up fine, then almost immediately locked up with a message, "system UI has stopped". Could not get thru first few steps of set up or anything. It flashed black screen on and off and that was all it would do. Tried all the easy tricks (restart, on/off, SIM card in/out.etc...) nothing worked. Tried calling the customer service. It was evening but it says they have 24 hour support (which is not necessarily expected... but is what it says on the included cards) but they do not have 24 hour support. Which is okay, they do have a US number to call and leave a message for a return call. I did not get a return call the first time and had to call a second time. I again got the recording but this time someone did call me back pretty quickly. Said the phone needed to be flashed and best to just return it. That really doesn't make sense as it is brand new out of the box so shouldn't have software issues and should work on the AT&T/Consumer Cellular GSM network. In fact it appeared to connect to the cell network pretty quickly. And I had contacted the seller directly to clarify it being GSM/AT&T compatible prior to purchasing as the info in the Amazon listing was contradictory in regard to this saying it was compatible with T-mobile which is GSM but then states, and this is a direct excerpt, "Not compatible with CDMA carriers such as AT&T, ....r❌❌❌" AT&T is not a CDMA carrier. But I had asked them about this prior to purchase so that shouldn't be the problem either. Regardless It was a dud. I don't think I want to try another one. also good to note it is HUGE. dimensions are provided but until you are holding it in your hand is difficult to realize just how huge it is. We are very disappointed my husband toasted his phone and we really needed the replacement to work has been a pain and then we had to start over.

I recently bought the Blackview BL7000 as a replacement for my previous Blackview model, and so far I’m really pleased with it. The phone feels sturdy and well-built, with a nice weight and solid grip. The performance has been smooth, the screen is bright and clear, and the battery life has been excellent for my daily use. I rely heavily on my phone as a carer, so having something reliable and tough is really important to me, and this model has been a great fit. I’m happy with the purchase and plan to continue using Blackview in future.

Llevo un mes con este teléfono y estoy encantado con él. Ya tenía otro teléfono rugerizado que aguantó un grave accidente de coche, sin más que una ligerísima deformación (casi inapreciable), que no le impidió seguir funcionando dos años más. No compré este nuevo por eso -pues espero no tener más accidentes-, sino porque no quiero sustos con una caída o una mojadura fortuita, causas habituales de que haya que cambiar de móvil antes de completar su ciclo de vida, y este parece compacto y consistente a efectos de ofrecer esa seguridad.

The phone is well engineered and the set up was reasonable "pain free" with one exception, see later. The manual supplied was inaccurate showing the wrong location of the power button, not a serious problem but a little annoying. I transferred all apps and data from my old phone with no problems. Its early days to asses the full functionality but I will return to give a more detailed review in a couple of months time, if I remember. The main problem with the set up and the reason I have only given 3 stars was the use of the power button. The phone did not initially start whilst I held down the power button, once I had found it! After a search of the Internet I discovered that in Android 15 the function of the start button is redefined by the operating system, no mention of this in the very brief instructions or the download pdf for PL7000. I find it bizarre that a power button should have other than an on/off functionality. Given price and overall specification I would almost recommend this phone. But please all you phone manufactures and distributers reduce the "bloat Ware" 70 pre installed apps is far to many. Rating edited from 3 to 5 stars after some use and Prompt responses from Blackview product support team. Very good service from the Blackview team.

It seems fast and rugged though I haven't had it long. First thing I did was remove all the bloatware and privacy and security settings which helped to make it work in the manner I want it to - I need a phone which doesn't have any distractions but many tools a feature phone doesn't have. Check the size and dimensions before purchasing as this is a beast. I almost returned it due to this but decided to keep it. If you keep it in a jeans pocket for example, it'll be uncomfortable. The screen is very clear and camera is good. One star removed due to the bulk of it.

Good large screen phone but heavy for me. Too heavy for my arthritic hands. Spoke to their excellent support team who refunded credit so I could get a lighter phone. Blackview refunded postage return too. I wish all Customer service was so excellent and Customer Focused!
