Then other ingredients are purified water, coco betaine, glycerin, carbomer, potassium sorbate, disodium EDTA, sodium hydroxide. **Q: Could someone please tell me how to open the pump?!** A: The dispenser seem to be defective. I had three bottles and none of them were able to dispense the product. Amazon replaced the first bottle when that bottle had the same problem that it couldn't be opened I contacted the company. They sent a replacement and the replacement didn't work. I contacted the company again and told them to look into why there product isn't able to open and dispense the medicine..If you decide to use the med without the dispenser be careful not to use too much. My daughter got a burn on her face from doing so.
