Are they comfortable enough to wear all day walking?

Yes, they are so comfortable. I can wear them to work all day.

Are these waterproof?

These sandals are water resistant. It's no problem to walk on the beach or seaside. But it is not recommended to play in the water for a long time for fear of harming the leather.
