Have anyone uses this for acne?

I had hormal breakouts right before my period for two decades. Tried so many things but this suppliment made the biggest impact. I wish I'd found them years ago. My skin has never been this clear! I barely ever get cyctic acne anymore. My skin has completely changed since starting these. Been taking them every day for a year now. No negative side effects.

It says high potency- but wondering how bioavailable these are..??

3 soft gels = evening primrose oil 1,180mg providing: Linoleic acid1560mg GLA 140mg If you are using for hormone balance, I do 1 softgel morning and night. Vit E is more important. 400mg 3x day. make sure it's the natural version not synthetic. example Tocopherol is natural. Tocopheryl is synthetic

What is this good for

It’s good for women who are in menopause for healthy skin in the aging process. It also helps in eliminating aches and stiffness in the joints from the aging process. If I don’t use it, I wake up with stiff fingers and aches in my joints.
