I have been taking this supplement for 3 years now, helps me overall for my anxiety and keeps me calm and hive good sleep, but my most recent purchase was not effective at all. There is big quality control issues with this company.... Had this issue with quite few times now that had to write a review about it......5 stars for this product itself and zero for quality control, giving 3 stars just considering this inconsistency!

By far the best magnesium for muscle cramps and for sleep. I've tried many other brands, including BIOoptimizers; I'll stick to MagTech.
