Is this 100% coconut water ?- (it doesn't seem to say that). If not 100%, exactly what are the ingredients and the %'s?

12-27-20 I'm looking at it now, Mine says, coconut water, coconut essence , fruit sugar and vitamin c is added... I'm so upset...

Is this pasteurized ?

It's heated to a high temperature.Much higher than the maximum for raw.

Did you change the recipe? It now says "coconut essence, less than 1% fruit sugar" - when I swear it used to just be coconuts. Disappointing!

Their company was sued for using high fructose corn syrup and lying on the label. It used to say coconut water as the only ingredient. But they were secretly using HFCS. Now they've changed the label and the ingredients, which are at least true. However, good coconut water doesn't need coconut essence and sugar added...... This is just Kool aid with a high price tag now.
