Perfect, Great Value
I have wanted a similar more expensive product for a long time but at this price point I had to try it and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. An electric kettle with a tea infuser is exactly what I needed. Setup takes however long it takes you to open the box. They do recommend boiling and running water through it a couple times to clean it which is a good idea. There are four buttons on it which allow you turn the kettle on, adjust the temperature by 5 degree increments, and turn on the keep warm feature. Operation is not the most intuitive but you will figure out pretty quickly and then its super simple to use. It took the kettle 7 minutes to bring water at 45 degrees F from a water purifier in my refrigerator up to 195 degrees F to brew tea. The tea infuser can be removed from the kettle and it can be pulled up of the water to stop the steeping process without opening the lid. If tea leaves get into the water there is also a strainer on outlet when you pour the tea out. I bought this for brewing loose leaf tea but it could be use to just heat water or even brew coffee. I would definitely recommend this kettle.

Perfect for my tea desires. *BROKE NOW 10.02.19*
I have been boiling pots of water and putting it in my thermos to satisfy my tea needs, however this electric kettle with the infuser simplifies the process to always have a warm cup of tea. I have not timed approximately how long it takes to boil the water, but it seems quick to get it to 212F. Initial seeping is good with high temps however for a constant cup of tea, I have it set to about 185F so I can sip instead of waiting for the cup of tea to cool off. Looks like the infuser and the lid are held down magnetically, and it seems like it will last me. Great design too! It's the first day of using, if situation should change I will provide an update. As of October 2nd 2019, the kettle no longer powers on. It was good while it lasted however I have reached out to their support team via their website and waiting to hear back if they can offer a replacement, although on their site it shows limited warranty of 90 days, which is way too short.

The tea steeper doesn't go down far enough for smaller amounts of tea but I love it anyway.
Update: I needed to add to this review something that I forgot until just this minute when I ended up with hot tea all over my counter and backsplash. If you plan on boiling, don't fill it over 1 liter or at least put some towels around it because when it is fuller than that it spews tea all over the place. This is a great tea kettle. It heats up the water fast. I have used it numerous times in the short time I have had it. I just have two problems with it. I've only been able to get it to stay on warm twice so either I'm doing something wrong or there is a problem with the kettle. I followed the directions every time until I gave up. I wish I could use the warm function because that is the specific reason I bought this one but luckily it heats up fast enough that I can deal with that. The other thing is that the tea steeper/strainer doesn't go far enough down to make smaller amounts of tea. You have to fill it up to 1.5 liters in order to immerse the strainer all the way in the water. Compared to my previous electric kettle though, it is a far better kettle. It looks nice too. I haven't had it that long so I can't speak to the durability of it. All that being said, I absolutely love it.

Short lifetime, started out as outstanding and went down quite quickly
(update on 9/9/2021) I bought a replacement and will make sure I won't keep the kettle on its base, because it is the springs that wears out in the connectors. With the replacement, it turns out that there is a circle illuminating the kettle that never worked on my first one. (update on 7/05/2021) The unit just died. Nothing works. Please, notice that this one was operated under strict cleanliness. (update on 6/1/2021) The contact on the base is now compromised. You have to twitch it and tweak until it doesn't turn itself off well before the target temperature. For this, I am taking off a couple of stars. (update on 10/3/2020) My previous review said that the unit had accumulated rust. I would like to correct that this time. A new reviewer reminded me that the rust-like deposit could be simply tea, so I checked, and it is. I feel stupid and I would like to apologize for my previous "update." As the item has been working fine all the time, I am now giving it five stars. (update on 4/11/2020) Sadly, the bottom plate has developed rust. Oh, well, no need for iron supplements. Keep wondering when the rust will create a hole, though. (original review) The only blemish in this item lies in the fact that the top interior is not stainless steel, but plastic. However, everything below the waterline is glass or stainless steel. You can adjust the temperature in five-degree increments and you can have your water ready before adding the tea (I usually screw on the tea compartment after the water reaches the desired temperature). After soaking the tea leaves, you can keep the water warm for up to 60 minutes. Although the tea compartment slides up, theoretically out of the water, by your pulling the button on the top middle, the tea still reaches the water, unless the water level is way below capacity (1.7L). The unit works flawlessly, it is aesthetically pleasing, and it looks like it is going to last.

Fastest way to boil water, easy to use, durable
The pot has a metal ring and spout around the top so no worries about chipping the glass. You can easily set the water temperature you want on the handle. Just be aware that if you live at high altitude, the boiling temperature of water is lower than at sea level, so if you set the temperature at 212F, the water will boil at a much lower temperature (at around 200F. This kettle heats water much faster than a microwave oven using induction. I can bring a half liter of water to boil in less than a minute. The heating unit which has the electrical cord attached never gets hot and the outside bottom of the pot never gets hot, so you can put the kettle down on any surface without worrying about scorching. The only thing that is actually hot is the water and steel base inside the pot. I've used my pot several times a day for a year and a half and had no problems with it. It works today as well as it did the first time.

Best electric coffee pot so far
I've researched and tried many different electric coffee/tea pots and have fallen short on each one of their features. The keep warm function just DOES NOT work! Additionally, most do not boil at the temperature advertised. This kettle actually boils at 212ยฐ. It doesnt keep the temperature at all in a keep warm setting. But it's worth the money just for the fact of the boiling temp. Even if it needs to keep reheating. I use a hot cup plate to keep my cup of tea warm constantly.

Failed after only 6 months
After only 6 months the temperature reading was way off. Cold water was being sensed at over 180 degrees. I contacted the company about warranty repair and was told I had to pay for shipping which would cost nearly as much as a new unit so I opted not to bother. It continued to boil water for another 8 months, but now the thermostat reads 212 degrees at all times making it totally non functional. Otherwise itโs a good looking unit. I like the blue light and tea diffuser. But now Iโll need to purchase a new model after only a year and 3 months of use.

Awesome piece. Worth 50 bucks
It's very easy. I was expecting a lot worse. The lid holds onto a twist cap which you screw your infuser on. Just take the lid off and dump out contents to clean it. You can also keep it at a steady temp of your choice or set it to a temp and it turns off automatically. Has measurments on the glass. For 50 bucks it was worth a lot of convenience. Would buy again. Oh there are very very very minor spots on the bottom after being used. I saw people said it was rusting after use. That's rubbish. I've been using it for months with no issues
