It wasn't wobbly at all, it stood perfectly upright when I pulled it in and out of the oven a bunch of times. Shown here is 4lb of pounded flat chicken thigh covered in a spiced yogurt sauce on the 12" skewer. It had enough room to add a whole onion and 1/2 and apple at the top.
