Q: Has anyone had a problem with it squeezing one side more than the other and ending up with one side of the tofu being thicker? Any suggestions?

I only had this issue one time. I made sure to portion it in the middle the next time & I always flip the tofu when I drain & do the second press. The issue isn’t with the press, it’s with the tofu itself (or at least that was the case for me) tofu isn’t always the same consistency on all sides. I love this press! I hope that helps.
