Comfortable and really helps with back support
I really like this back brace. It gives me good support without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. I’ve noticed a big difference in my back pain, especially when I’m doing chores or standing for a long time. It also helps me keep better posture without having to think about it. The material is comfortable and doesn’t make me itchy, which was something I was a little worried about. I can wear it for a while without feeling bothered by it. Overall, it’s been really helpful and I’m happy with it.

GREAT FOR ARTHRITIC BACK PAIN
I'VE HAD IMMEDIATE RELIEF FROM ARTHRITIC BACK PAIN AROUND MY RIBS THAT COMES ON 3-4 HOUR AFTER AWAKENING. THE PAIN LEAVES IMMEDIATELY, AND DOES NOT RETURN UNTIL THE BRACE IS REMOVED. THIS MEANS THAT I DON'T HAAVE TO LIE DOWN TO GET RELIEF.

Helps my sore back
Update: got into a car collision over the summer and I have been using this every time I’m at work. It’s been a life saver. Ordered a second one for home use. With therapy and Pilates my back is getting stronger but I still use this for extra support. Lost a few pounds and the S/M fits perfectly now (size 10 women). L/XL was too big. Injured my back at work awhile ago. I’ve been working out etc. and that helps but still do a lot of heavy lifting at work. This has provided immense back support. This type of Velcro strap has a good grip and doesn’t pile from over use. The hard plastic triangle thingy surprisingly give a lot of support and doesn’t dig into my skin. My only regret is that I didn’t listen to the suggestions and get the correct size. I bought a sm/med when I should have gotten the large instead. I wear a large/size 12 in women. The belt barely closes (2-3 inch overlap). I feel like it kinda rides up my waist BUT it’s probably because I got a small size. I don’t have much room to adjust the belt. I’ve contemplated ordering a new one in the correct size since I’ve already used the one I bought several times….yeah, I probably will and use the smaller one at home during yard work.
