Great BBQ dast delivery good price looks nice loads nuts and bolts the c peace gos on the back of the lid handle as this is missing from instructions stops the lid going to fair down great once build

Not fit for purpose
Dreadful customer service & item wrongly described. I have been in touch with this company now for 8 weeks looking for a resolution to this product not fitting it’s description (it’s described has having adjustable coal heights which it clearly is not)after many emails back & forth they eventually said they would refund me, I re packed the item & they mailed saying do not send back & refund was being processed, this has gone a further 4 weeks & they’ve still mailed saying it’s being dealt with.

Bought this for a friend who recently moved to a new place. He loved it so much.

Crap
Crap. Flimsy, wobbly and cheap. Arrived dented. Bottom of the barrel is welded on diagonally so lid doesn’t close. Missing a screw. Instructions are hard to follow and outright wrong in places. Absolute waste of money, and they expect me to pay return postage after providing a damaged and shoddy product.
