Awesome knife
Fantastic for the price. This is my 5th Ganzo knife. All are a fantastic bargain. Build quality far exceeds the price The blade steel is a bit on the lower side of quality these days, but still came razor sharp. So far holding a great level of sharpness after serious use. Blade is on the thin side, but flat grinds are. Easy to open and close. The lock is strong and easy to use. Was a little hard to move at first, but loosened up good. Can say the steel being 440 will hold sharp for a decent amount of time, but will need resharpening sooner than say, D2. Overall an excellent knife for the price. The feel and look of this knife well exceeds the price. Highly recommend Ganzo knives.

Ganzo F753M1 - Great knife for the price
This is my first Ganzo so I wasn't sure what to expect. Cutting to the chase: It's worth the price and I'm very happy with the knife so far.Out of the box, it arrived very sharp. The detent is very strong and will keep this blade closed for sure--it's almost too much. It's a relatively small knife--closed it's about 4", cutting edge is about 3", open it's about 7" overall. My hands are large and I had trouble flicking the blade open with the thumb studs due to the strength needed to overcome the detent. I decided to disassemble the knife and clean it as it was slightly gritty out of the box.It has a #8 Torx for the pivot and #6 Torx for the two stand-off screws. The G10 scales were stuck pretty good to the stainless steel liners--I had to pry them apart at first to get to the innards of the knife. It was easy to finish the disassembly after that. The liners have holes in them to reduce the weight. The ends of the two Omega springs were relatively easy to bend towards each other to lessen the tension somewhat. Cleaning the factory grease, lock tight, and small debis was easy too. It comes with one bronze pivot washer and one nylon pivot washer (teflon?). I oiled up the knife blade to washer surfaces with some Nano-Oil, as well as the channel the G-lock bar slides in (like an Axis lock). Re-assembly was straight forward and the blade was centered. Nice. Detent is better but still very prominent.I'm happy with the action as it is now smoother than what it was out of the box. The blade swings freely when the G-lock is pulled back. The G-lock seems strong enough for what I intend to use the knife for (opening boxes; breaking down cardboard boxed, general light duty). I would say that this is not a fidgety knife in my opinion due to the strong detent (compared to flipper knives that have caged bearings). But as an everyday carry knife that I've used to do everyday cutting tasks it has been good so far.I'm sure that I'll eventually need to touch up and/or sharpen the blade more often than a knife with a super-steel, but I have been impressed so far with the 440C steel--it doesn't seem to be too picky about what I expose it too. It has kept its polish and still looks new. I think it has a nice drop point shape with an attractive swedge. Reasonably slicey through cardboard and I can get right up on the blade for push cutting if need be. No jimping on the top of the blade itself but I haven't found this to be a problem at all. I do wish that it had come with a deep-carry pocket clip. That's my only real "oh well" about the knife (a very small nit-pick though as the existing clip is very strong and works well with blue jeans). Hard to believe it was only about 20 bucks. Great value for sure.

Definitely a Best Value
For the price, this has to be in the running for the best knife you can buy. It's a good 440c steel which is superior to most of the name brands at this price point. The size is perfect for every day carry and the blade is a great slicer with a long belly. I purchased the knife because I had never used an axis type of lock. It's really great when you get used to it, and the lockup is very secure. You can use inertia to open and close the blade while you hold the lock back. The scales are very grippy. The blade is slightly offset to one side by design. This is because they use one brass washer and one thicker Teflon washer on the axis/hinge. It does not affect the action in any negative way, and it's actually very smooth and easier to clean and maintain than ball bearings. You can move the pocket clip from one side to the other. The clip is not deep pocket carry so the knife will stick out of your pocket about a half inch.

Far better than expected
First impression was this is incredibly nice for the money and I'm very happy with it. Fit and finish are more in line with 50 to $100 knives. I've owned a ZT0450 and I am still happy with this blade. The size blade and handle are pretty much perfect for me for EDC. I really like the blade shape and having a sharpening choil is nice. The blade thickness increases slightly just before the choil but it's no big deal and I easily sharpened that out. It arrived a little tight for doing the axis lock flick open/closed move. After using it a few days it has improved to where I can do that. The pocket clip is well designed but a little bit firm, I will probably remove it and file or dremel the underside a bit to thin it out slightly to lessen the clip strength some. For a knife this light, 2.6 oz. it doesn't need to be that firm. At this price I won't worry about taking this apart and maybe tweaking a few things to improve the action even more. If I mess it up I can just buy another at 16.95. I will probably buy another one anyways to have a spare. It is amazing you can own such a nice knife for so little. I highly recommend this knife!

Great slicey dicey value that needs work out the box on the pivot and spring
This is a solid budget knife for the price and steel type.Out the box, the Axis lock springs are too tight, and the pivot screws need to be loosed up, as the blade does not open and close smoothly out of box.If I didn't have Torx 8 for the pin and Torx 6 for the frame screws, I would not have been able to make adjustments.I took apart the knife and slightly adjusted the Axis springs on both sides, lubed up the brass and plastic (teflon?) washers and placed everything back together. No more stiff lock. After this, the blade opens with a firm flick and closes and stays closed solidly. It's a pretty knife and has done great so far on food and cardboard.Still sharp after a weeks multiple use.The packaging is decent with a microfiber clothe cinch bag and box.Not too much branding; a firebird logo on one side, and Ganzo name, model, and steel on the other. The pocket clip is firm and holds to my jeans pants and nylon shorts pocket edge with no issues. It's a solid 3.5-4 star knife that needs work out the box.
