No migraine anymore
No more wake up in the morning and have a very bad migraines. Its work

Good Product from Germany
My neurologist recommended this product for headaches. It seems to help. He said I need magnesium glycinate B2 and CoQ10, but this product doesn't have magnesium glycinate. It's magnesium oxide not the same.

Pricey but nice to have an all in one migraine vitamin. Urine will be bright yellow!

CONTAINS IRON
Contains Iron which is upsetting to stomach and causes constipation ! Beware . Iron really isn’t necessary in this .

Migraine prevention supplement.
A well known studied supplement for migraine prevention, and it seems to help. Less expensive though to buy magnesium and CoQ 10 which seem to be the ingredients that help me the most.

Great product to prevent migraines!!
This product was recommended by a neurologist for migraines. It really works!! No side effects noted. You need to continue taking this for it to work. it is not to stop a migraine, rather to prevent them and decrease intensity and frequency. My migraines (which I was getting more than 4 days a week) are down to 2 a month. You've got nothing to lose; give this a try. According to the neurologist, this is proven to be as effective as some prescription medications for migraine prevention.

I am a 40 years old female, and have had frequent headaches (20-25 headache days a month) and migraines for over 20 years. I have tried altering my diet to eliminate migraine triggers and prescription migraine meds. Nothing really worked well for me, so I was left just trying to treat the headache/migraine symptoms. Recently I read some studies on magnesium deficiency and migraines, and decided to try taking magnesium supplements. These were recommended by a neurologist, so I ordered them. In the 2 months since I’ve begun taking these and using topical magnesium oil, I have had only 3 headaches, all of which were easily treated and ceased with ibuprofen. These supplements have been life changing for me. I highly recommend trying them if you suffer with migraines.

This supplement has created a severe side effect and when I tried calling Amazon it says this is not eligible for refund.
