Review: It definitely works, but you need to diet/exercise along with it - Weight October 11th: 185.4 pounds / 84.1 kg Weight as of today October 24th: 178.1 pounds / 80.78 kg Weight lost: 7.3 pounds / 3.31 kg ***** I received this product October 11th and have been taking it since then. It definitely helps, but it’s a tool, it’s not going to do anything special on its own. I have been dieting and exercising for the last year and a half, I have lost a significant amount of weight without this pill, but as my weight has gotten down, I’ve had a harder time losing weight and have experienced more noticeable fluctuations due to primarily water weight. My routine (not a doctor/nutritionist, not saying you should do this, just so you have an idea of what I’m doing on top of the pill). -Between 1-2 hours of walking per day, average of 10k-15k steps. -High protein, low carb diet (1200 calories) -144 oz water per day -I am NOT on any GLP 1s/weight loss injections, nor have I had any weight loss surgery, I am doing this purely through diet and exercise As of writing this, I’ve been on this pill for 13 days, so we’ll round to 2 weeks. On average up to this point, I’ve been losing about 2 pounds a week (my diet/exercise is very precise and consistent, been doing this for over a year now), and since incorporating this, my weight loss has just about doubled. So yes it works. The bottle is in Korean, but verifying through desertcart/Google searches, it’s two pills BEFORE BED (aka at night) with water. I tested one week before bed, and one week in the mornings, and I can say having done that, I did lose more weight taking it at night. I take them with a small glass of water before bed. I will say, I have not noticed any significant appetite suppression or help with cravings, although I am probably an outlier in that I had a lot more weight to lose than the average person and a bad relationship with food my entire life so the average person may experience some assistance with those two aspects. So far so good. I like the ingredients. Even though it contains green tea that helps with energy metabolism, I like that you can take this at night and it doesn’t keep me up or give extra energy when I’m trying to wind down. It helps with maintaining healthy blood sugar levels so I don’t crash after sugar. It’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach. I’ve noticed less snack cravings. I like taking this with the cutting jelly as they work together really well to help with bloating. These are a step up from the original.
