This 3-stage sharpening tool has exceeded my expectations and has become essential in my kitchen. The first stage features tungsten carbide blades that quickly set the edge of my knives. I was amazed at how effortlessly it restored the sharpness of my dull blades. The second stage utilizes ceramic blades for fine honing, ensuring a razor-sharp finish. The special tungsten carbide blade is explicitly designed for scissors sharpening. I have struggled to find a sharpener that can effectively sharpen my scissors, but this tool does an exceptional job. It has breathed new life into my old, dull scissors, making them as good as new. The strong suction base of the SHARPAL 191H is another highlight. It provides twice the suction force compared to similar products, ensuring stability and safety during sharpening. I no longer worry about the sharpener slipping or moving while sharpening my knives. This feature gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus solely on getting the perfect edge. Using this sharpener is relatively easy. All I have to do is place it on a smooth desktop and press the black switch. The suction is powerful, firmly securing the sharpener to the table. This means I can sharpen my knives without holding the sharpener with my hands, which significantly reduces the risk of accidents. I truly appreciate this safety feature, which allows me to sharpen my knives confidently. The compact size of the SHARPAL 191H is another advantage. It is small enough to be held with just one hand, making it convenient to use and store. It doesn't take up much space in my kitchen, which is a major plus for someone with limited counter space.
