Have used for first time today. I tried it out on my kitchen and hall floors- both LVT. Am really impressed with the cleaning power, and the fact that it does not leave the floors soaking wet- they dry in no time. I'm 74 yo and I feel this is really going to make cleaning my home so much easier than conventional methods. Its very easy to manouvere, and the length of the hose and the cord means no need for changing power points for different rooms. So far I am delighted with my purchase - ps - lots of attatchment so glad Ibought the compatible bag to store. (Not the dupray bag - a bit pricey)

Fantastic, great steam pressure for floors! We use this to clean the whole kitchen and the inside of all our windows. Attachments all work well, can’t fault this product.

Haven’t used this to its full potential yet but so far I’m impressed. Great carry bag that keeps everything in the right place. I originally bought a cheapest steamer but returned it as you get what you pay for and I wanted to invest in something that was going to last me and be man enough for the jobs that I wanted to do.

It feels very flimsy and plastic, and it barely cleans anything. Genuinely think using a cloth or scrubber is going to be easier in most if not all situations. Dont waste your money

When I was offered the chance to test this Dupray Neat Plus, I was particularly excited, sad as it sounds! I'd been using a much older and cheaper steam cleaner, so I was looking-forward to seeing how this unit compared. I'd actually not heard of Dupray before, it seems like it's a Canadian brand, and very popular in North America. I love using steam for chemical-free cleaning around the house, hard floors, counter-tops, windows, my DISGUSTING oven.. This unit heats up quickly, it takes around 2 minutes to get up to pressure, as indicated by a light changing from orange to green. The 1.5L tank is straightforward to fill with the funnel design, and can be re-filled mid-session. The steam pressure is strong and as effective as you'd expect, blasting through grease and grime. The long hose and pole allow you to cover large areas without constantly moving the base around, and the flex is long enough to reach across rooms. This comes with loads of attachments to cover almost any job you could imagine. You have velcro cloths for floors, brushes for grout and other small detail areas, it's a really complete package for handling many jobs around the home. I do resent that they couldn't include a simple storage bag though.. You get a bunch of tiny plastic bits, and nothing to contain them, I know we all have bags, but this is the type of thing that should be included and not sold as an "optional accessory". It's pretty manoeuvrable on its wheels and easy to operate with a simple on/off, plus the trigger control. Noise level is absolutely fine, and it's certainly a step up from cheaper steamers in power, however, it's not perfect. The trigger button is pretty heavy and tiring for long sessions. The power cord must be manually wrapped underneath, no auto-reel which is a basic feature in today's market. There's no solution for storing the hose and pole neatly, so they end up coiled on the floor, no bag for storing small parts so you have to provide your own. It doesn't feel its price level, being entirely plastic in construction, and pretty light. Overall, I have found it to be a reliable and effective but I would hesitate to recommend it over the many other options out there. There are plenty of budget steam cleaners with similar levels of build-quality, and in fact there are premium models from brands such as Shark and Karcher, that are cheaper and in my opinion, better, than this Dupray machine.

This device is amazing I recently got new kitchen floor tiles and we build on an extension and added tiles too. The dust was terrible! This device is incredible at getting the floors clean, the counter tops, the oven. It is a powerful clean stream product grease gone no additional products needed!

Useless equipment used 1 time & no more steaming & pressure. I wonder how this equipment got so much likes n 5 star. Do not recommend at all.
