The taste is nice and not like taking medicine.

I am a teacher and constantly exposed to all kinds of pathogens at work. I started taking zinc lozenges a few years ago when I feel a cold coming on or I know I have been around someone who is sick, and they definitely help reduce the symptoms if taken early. Tried this product a couple of times and I think they are much better tasting (kind of tart, berry flavor) than most out there and just as effective, so they are my go to now. There is always a slight aftertaste with any zinc lozenge (at least for me), but this one is less noticeable and not that bad.

The flavor is wonderful and I think they helped my zinc problem but way too sweet. I wish they had one sweetened with stevia instead. My Dr says I can't have this kind of thing (borderline diabetic).

These elderberry and zinc lozenges taste great and are easy to take. I like that they combine elderberry, zinc, and vitamin C in one convenient product. The flavor is pleasant, and they dissolve well without leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. They're perfect to keep on hand, especially during busy seasons when I want a little extra support. A high-quality product that I would definitely purchase again. Highly recommend!

I keep these in my refrigerator year round. At the first sign of a sore throat we start taking these regularly throughout the day. This season we had our first run-in with what looked like it was going to be a bad cold or worse. Started with a painful throat. This really helped my daughter (who had it first); she had mild cold symptoms for a week but it never went into her chest. Halfway through the week, my throat started to hurt, I immediately began taking these and I never got the cold; stopped it completely! The zinc in this and vitamin C go right to where the cold usually starts, in the throat and all the ingredients support the immune system. THIS is more than a cough drop! I would travel with these. The only thing to be aware of is that too much zinc will cause loose stools. If that happens you can back off taking them a bit. As soon as we went through one bag, I ordered the next one!
