Good but too sweet
The flavor is wonderful and I think they helped my zinc problem but way too sweet. I wish they had one sweetened with stevia instead. My Dr says I can't have this kind of thing (borderline diabetic).

Good taste, works as intended
I am a teacher and constantly exposed to all kinds of pathogens at work. I started taking zinc lozenges a few years ago when I feel a cold coming on or I know I have been around someone who is sick, and they definitely help reduce the symptoms if taken early. Tried this product a couple of times and I think they are much better tasting (kind of tart, berry flavor) than most out there and just as effective, so they are my go to now. There is always a slight aftertaste with any zinc lozenge (at least for me), but this one is less noticeable and not that bad.
