Great pan!
This is an excellent pan that is clearly, very well made. I was torn between this and All-Clad. After reading an article about this brand, I decided to go with Hestan. I am very happy with the decision. The nonstick properties are great. I primarily use this for making eggs in the morning and it perfect. (Unlike my Hexclad pan which I love for everything BUT eggs). The nonstick surface seems, so far, to be very rugged and resistant to scratching, provided it's used appropriately. The weight and sturdiness of the pan is typical of clad construction. All in all, I would buy again, and am considering the small sauce pan as well.

THE BEST PAN EVER FOR COOKING ON A MODERN INDUCTION RANGE. BACON AND EGGS-NO MUSS, NO FUSS. WIPE PAN CLEAN WITH PAPER TOWELL AND YOU ARE READY TO GO AGAIN. SOMETIMES YOU DO NEED TO RINSE WITH HOT WATER AND REPEAT. IT’S LIGHT WEIGHT IN THIS SIZE. THE NON-TOXIC, NON-STICK COATING WORKS BETTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE I’VE EVER SEEN, USED, OR HEARD OF. EASE OF USE IS UNSURPASSED. ONE DOWNSIDE, IT’S PRICEY, TO THE POINT THAT YOU NEED TO THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING AN ENTIRE SET. BUT ONCE YOU START TO THINK ABOUT IT, YOU PROBABLY WILL FIND IT’ GETS HARDER TO USE ALL OTHER BRANDS.

Another Hestan classic!
As a Hestan user, I can say this is another fantastic pan to add to your kitchen. I use it to make french omelets. Perfect size, non-stick, induction compatible, easy to clean and has the most elegant design in the market. Just a stunning product!
