Ginger Flare Semi-Permanent Hair Colour 100% Vegan 4 oz

I have no issue with the fact this turned my hair orange and even brighter orange at the roots, because it was never presented as anything other than a ginger hair dye. Now, my hair is snow white naturally. But three months ago, I had my hair toned professionally. Apparently, this counts as a process. It was not detectible to the naked eye but, alas, when I put this on ... the roots that were NOT part of the toning process were bright peach. Again... all on me. No fault of product. But I thought I would share that on hair that is snow white and virgin(ish) it will be bright and won't want to take it very much. It was a peach. But, other than that (again, all on me) this is a good product. No damage and my hair was soft. I liked being able to test drive red hair without full commitment. It was a great way to try without permanent dye. I removed it using a clarifying shampoo. All good.

Loved the end result from this hair colour, I also like that it didn’t bleed the colour after.

So this hair color is like a ginger redhead, a redhead and a bottle so if you’re not fan of the orange reddish color, then you’re not going to be a fan of this. I do recommend having your hair blonde and with some highlights in your hair before you putting this in your hair so it does look natural. So it doesn’t just look like You have orange paste in your hair. I am not a fan of just throwing color in my hair my hair needs to have dimension in it when your hair has dimension. It looks so much better even if you have a crappy hair color or a hair color you don’t like This hair color washes out super fast and I would definitely recommend wearing a nightcap when you sleep will come out on your sheets. This is my favorite hair brand of semi permanent hair color so don’t think that I’m talking trash about the hair color because I’m not I actually do love it. It’s one of my favorite brands. I feel safe when I use it, I know that my hair color is gonna come out very vibrant. I just know that it’s going to also come out very quick . So you can mix and match these hair colors I would definitely recommend going on their website and chatting it up with the people on their website in the chat box. If you’re not sure what kind of color you want or want to be a darker ginger color? I would definitely recommend going on their website and asking them what you need to order. Other than that, I love the color. Yes, my hair was washed out a lot in the video that I showed you, but I wanted to make a video of it before it all came out , and my hair was super super super super blonde with a tint of green so it did come out very pretty and vibrant. It just didn’t last long and I won’t do it again this color. I am a blonde and through definitely brought out the pink undertone in my skin and I didn’t like that if I did not have a pink undertone in my skin, I probably would’ve done my hair color again .

I've wanted to go red for a long time but will never bleach or treat my hair so this seemed like a fun way to experiment. I got the Ginger Flare color and tried a test strip of hair for an hour then rinsed it out. I didn't notice any difference in color or texture so went all in and put the entire bottle in my hair and left it in for 3-4 hours. I rinsed it out with cold water and went to bed. I did not have any staining in my tub but USE AN OLD PILLOWCASE OR TOWEL. I used an old one and it was very orange in the morning and a little soaked through onto my pillow cover. Take the warnings seriously and wear dark or old clothes the first day or two. The dye seems to come out fine in the wash but don't risk it. It was super red in the morning but after a hot shower the color toned down a lot. I really like it. My hair is normally medium to dark brown and the color change was noticeable but somewhat subtle. I would say it's comparable to the example pictures they gave for dark brown hair, just a little less saturated. When my hair is wet or sweaty there can be a very small amount of color bleed but it's very light. I'm not wearing nice white shirts but everything else seems fine. Now for the reason I'm only giving it 4 stars: It's only been in a few days and the color seems to be fading already (despite barely washing out in the shower anymore). To me this isn't an issue because I wanted to try something short term but I think others may want it to last longer. That being said, if you take steps to maintain it like leaving it in even longer at the start, only washing your hair with cold water, or if your hair is treated/lighter, it will probably last much longer. I really like trying this product and would recommend it to anyone wanting a short term change, but for some it might not last long.

so i got this for an autumn look this October and i usually LOVEEE most of the hair dye colors from this brand, but this one was just- okay. it was a little bit more brassy and, like, synthetic shiny? then i thought it was gonna be but it still looks good! im just being nit picky incase these are absolute deal breakers for some people
