Great candy IF IT’s NOT MELTED!
This is my favorite candy! I always keep a stash on hand to appease my sweet tooth! HOWEVER, it’s NOT a good idea to order them in the summer time!!! My first shipment was boxed with ice packs that were melted by the time it arrived… and so was the candy! I requested a replacement thinking they would add more ice packs, but instead it came in a brown envelope… And the candy was even more melted!!! When I tried to get my money back the pop up message said I couldn’t… so I called customer service to suggest that they put a warning about ordering it in the summer. Customer service was able to get me a refund which I appreciated so much… and suggested I add a warning: Do not order during the summer

Great Chocolate if it isn't melted on delivery...
My wife loves these, so I try and buy the larger quantity when they are on sale. Shipping can be a problem in the summer even when they send it in a refrigerated package. The last batch I ordered was completely melted by the time UPS delivered it.

Chocolate melted when arrived.
I love Lindt chocolates. Was looking forward to enjoy. The item came all melted. And there's no way to replace the items. Amazon, please contact me with a solution.
