This is the most excellent product from an excellent company. I've been using this product regularly since February of 2024 — I have consumed around 7 of these over the years — that's around 4/5 pounds. First of all, people take inositol for all sorts of reasons. Inositol may not just be a match for some people experiencing side effects. For me personally, inositol really helps me with a certain nervous system issue. I have not had any issues with taking inositol. So, first establish whether inositol is right for you. If it is — this is THE most excellent supplement. I have been taking a scoop (sometimes a scoop and a half) daily and I have had absolutely amazing results. I usually mix it with Coke Zero and a lemon at lunch time. Kind of odd, I know but my body likes it this way. I really love Pure Encapsulations, this product is pure, clean, dissolves really really well and I have not had any issues. I would recommend to be careful and not exceed the dosage, I found that for me a scoop per day is just about right. I have not had any side effects to speak of after it taking it daily for years. On the contrary, it really helps with some of my nerve issues, I feel how well it works and if I miss a day, my body feels it too so I try to not travel without it. In summary, IF inositol is right for you, this is the crispest, purest inositol. Thank you to Pure Encapsulations for producing this product. I like taking mine with food at lunch and for some reason like mixing it with Coke Zero — I tried other ways to mix it, I like Coke Zero the best. The powder has no taste, mixes quite well and does the job. If inositol is right for you, there is no better mix to get!

I have testosterone dominant, insulin resistant PCOS. I’ve struggled with my weight and blood sugar for the last 5-10 years. I’m about a week in to taking one scoop split between morning and night. I’ve already noticed a shift in my hormones; my sex drive is higher, I’m sleeping through the night, I have more energy throughout the day, and my sweet cravings are not NEARLY as intense. The powder dissolves really fast in hot and cold water. There’s no taste or grittiness whatsoever. I usually take mine in warm-hot water, but I’ve tried in cold just to see if it was any different and there was no difference at all. This is definitely something I will repurchase once finished. If you are looking into inositol for PCOS, I cannot recommend it enough. (Any little specs in the water are small bubbles, not powder)

Best brand iut there fof purity. Inositol powder is recommended for PCOS and this has been great. You have to work your way up to a full scoop otherwise the side effect is stomach ache. I feel like I sleep better when taking this. It's not flavored, I mix it with coffee. It's super find so it can be mixed in a anything.

My friend recommended this to me, I have pcos so my cramps are awful, but this has actually helped with them. My metabolism is better. Better sleep. More energy. I fill small glass of water and and fill a scoop with this and it’s very easy to take.
