exactly what I needed as I am watching what I eat and losing weight. This has good flavor and adds to my meals. my only thing is it is pretty thin and runny, which makes it rather messy on a chicken mushroom sandwich.. Overall a very good addition to what I am eating. I would recommend this to anyone who is dieting or watching what they eat, but still want the extra flavor.

I’m used to the flavor of these zero calorie products so I wasn’t expecting them to taste like KC Masterpiece or anything. Actually, I think the flavor is great for what it is. I took off a star, however, because of the consistency of the product. Even after refrigerating, it never thickens up and is extremely runny. Still, it’s a great product if you’re lookkng to save on carbs and calories. LOVE WF products!!

Love that this dressing has no calories but the favor needs a boost. I add spices and vinegar and come up with great dressing. Straight out of the bottle, it is bland.
