Great, no-fuss Kayak Rack!
Great product-simple to set up, my wife and I put it together in 15 min, and were STILL talking when we were done! Four sets of arms can be positioned to accommodate kayaks and paddle boards, and two larger kayaks or canoes can be stored on the padded feet at ground level. Our kids can easily manage getting 8’ kayaks on and off the upper racks, and unused racks can be used to stash the paddles. Very sturdy-I was worried about how it would hold up during afternoon deluges in Central Florida, but we’ve had no problems, and the kayaks can be positioned so they don’t fill up with water.

Quality storage rack for kayaks
We purchased this to store seversl kayaks at our lake house. As stated in previous reviews, the directions were a little confusing at first, but we labled the parts with a sharpie and pressed on! The rack is very sturdy even with 6 kayaks on it. We’re very pleased and would highly recommend.

Heavy duty & easy to put together
This product is awesome. We bought 3 kayaks and a canoe last year so over the winter we stored them next to the shed. By spring we had a the canoe flipped upright, filled with water and a muddy @$$ mess all around. This rack is easy to put together. I did it myself in the front yard. I am a about 5’ 4” so when it came to the top bars getting attached I laid it flat on the grass to reach easier. It took me about 45 mins all together. I did have my daughter help me carry it to it’s final destination when it was finished bc it is heavy. It fits nicely on the side of the house between the house and the fence and then I easily take them out the gate. With the pads on the bottom we are able to store the large canoe on this rack as well. We also have one sit inside kayak and 2 sit on top kayaks. It looks nice, it’s not an eyesore. It’s very heavy duty and I’m not worried about it holding up to our Ohio winters. I am glad I got it. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

Concept great, but has assembly issues. Instructions are poor.
The overall quality of the framing is great. The posts, cross bars, and bracing is a heavy gauge metal. The design "concept" is also good but needs improvement. The instructions are not great and there are assembly issues. I pride myself on being able to assemble products fairly easily. But this was a challenge. What should have taken an hour, took me several. It would be helpful if the parts were labeled and some labeled with A and B ends when hole placement is critical. The parts list indicate 4 legs of equal size. But there are 2 of one length and 2 of another length, making them 2 different parts. The couplers are too short so the holes do not line up when you set the top post assembly on top of the bottom assembly. The couplers need to be 1"-2" longer. I could not secure the top assembly with the bolts because the holes just don't line up. Taking my chances with going without the bolts. When you connect the arms to the stand, you cannot use the washers (as instructed) because it is a square threaded bolt that fits squarely into the arm. The washer gets in the way and makes the bolt too short. The instructions also list 4 foam blocks. There are actually 8 foam pieces. 4 large pieces that are shown in the images. But there are 4 smaller foam pieces that are not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. They are not packing pieces but have a definite shape and purpose not mentioned. There are 3 different but very similar bolts. It would also be helpful to have them separated and labeled instead of mixed in a bag. Another concern I have is there is no cover/plugs to the exposed holes in the framing of the bottom horizontal pieces. If water should enter the holes (very likely) this will lead to premature rusting of the bottom framing. Going to keep the product because it will serve my purpose of holding 3 paddle boards and 3 kayaks.

Delayed shipping and then missing parts
took a full 10 days to arrive (instead of the listed 2 days with prime) and then was missing multiple pieces so unable to put together. No customer support and I was only able to submit a question via a form and continue to wait to hear anything back. no time insight for us to have a working product. overall feels sturdy and well made but is unfortunately worthless if they do not ship, do not include all the times, and are not available for customer support. will update if all finally comes together but so far not impressed with Rad Sportz.

IMO, not difficult to assemble, great product for cost
Maybe I am more on the mechanical side of things as compared to other reviewers who's reviews mentioned difficulty in assembly. Maybe I mentally prepared myself for a tough assembly process, but my assembly went without any issues. I carefully laid out all the parts and familiarized my self with each part, and then went to work. I assembled it by my self, and completed the main rack in about 1.5 hours. I had to move it to the outside location, and then assembled the support arms, which also went well and without any issues. The package did arrive in very bad shape, but no parts were missing and nothing was damaged. Rack is sturdy, and does hold all six of my Kayaks.

Great rack for the money.
Very affordable basic kayak stand. Take your time when you assemble it do not tighten everything as you’re going. Dry fit all of the parts and then tighten it before you load it. Saw several other reviews that they had alignment issues of the bolt holes I didn’t experience that but I did have some pretty big scratches in the paint. The “C” shaped foam blocks are to cover the nuts so you don’t scratch another kayak they weren’t in the instructions but it shows what to do with them on the cover of the instructions. This ships in two boxes I initially only received the hooks but a quick call and I had a full rack in two days. I could only give it 4 stars on sturdiness due to the 45mm bolts on the crossbars. I had to take the washer off of two of them to start the threads should have used 50mm bolts to get more thread engagement. Shouldn’t have to pick between a washer to spread the load or a lock nut to prevent backing out.

A great option to store your boards and boats!
Love it! Very easy to use to store my kayak and paddle board. Very sturdy and didn't look too difficult to assemble (my husband did it before I could get to it). Right now, in the corner of my yard giving my room and a neat look to my yard!
