First, i ordered the blue version. The box shows blue but the product inside was purple. I thought okay I'll go ahead and try it. First following instructions, I filled up with water to the max line, allowed unit to heat up and begin to use. As I used the product on a hanging dress, water was spilling out all over the floor. There is no cover attachment for regular hand steaming. The ceramic surface burned a hole in my dress is even on the low setting. It did a great job of refreshing my chair cushions and getting rid of pet hair. (I have four dogs who shed like mad!) It also worked very nicely on removing creases from my husband's business pants without the hassle of ironing.Lint brush: Worked extremely well with my silk blouses. I turned them inside out before I steamed them and yes, some of the stubborn wrinkles took a while to come out. However, it quickly knocked the wrinkles out of my rayon skirts when I pulled them out of winter storage in time for the holidays.I like the flat iron and it was easy to switch between the steamer and iron.
