Love this spice in recipes from the Mediterranean,

I recently bought a Tagine and just cooked a meal using the spice. I’m a spice head, but this cuisine is new to me. I’m delighted to have a new spice with a different flavor profile.

I bought this spice because I needed it for a recipe. But, oh my gosh, it has quickly become my new favorite! It’s the perfect blend of Middle Eastern spices and can be added to so many recipes and dishes. It is flavorful, but not spicy. So far I have added it to meat, vegetables, as well as just basmati rice. It’s delicious! Definitely recommend if you are on the fence.

This seasoning is tasty. So far, I’ve used this to season my air fryer chicken breasts, and it’s delicious! You can use this on its own to season and the result will be a light flavour that smells devine. It’s very aromatic. However, I like to enhance the flavour by adding some extra garlic powder and seasoning salt into the mix. It gives it a bit more “pop” without turning the flavour into something totally different.I like this seasoning. I’ll buy this again.

Good, but expensive

I purchased this spice without knowing what it tasted like because I had recently purchased a Moroccan cookbook that calls for this spice in numerous recipes. It's so tasty and fragrant, and I have started using it in my "regular" cooking - it's delicious on eggs, for example. It's now become a pantry staple for me.
