It was easy to assemble, and within 30-45 mins i was pedaling and burning calories. The frame is extremely well built, and handlebars/seat are fully adjustable. The color is vibrant and has super smooth rotation when in full stride. This bike is semi-commercial and is definitely heavy duty. Im impressed with thequality and its very good value for money. I would seriously recommended this to anyone looking for a high performance fitness/exercise bike. Thumbs Up all the way! There was a bit of damage to the box, resulting in a tiny chip in the paint, but nothing I can't live with. It was easy to assemble (I would recommend 2 people, I did it by myself but it was pretty hard to do alone) and all the parts and tools were included. The bike seems great so far, I think it was a great value for what I paid. It's also very quiet, which is fantastic!
