Black color is peeling off - not worth it
India - the quality of the finish on the chain and the clamp is really bad. The black color is peeling off and I have just received it brand new. Looks great from a distance. But the finish is making me feel cheap. I guess I'll go for a better quality chain. This is can wear daily. Would not recommend it. Size is okay. And it is fairly easy to put on. But if I am going to wear it daily, the color is not going to last very long. Not worth it.

Seems a decent inexpensive watch chain
I like this chain. Got it for a relatively inexpensive pocket watch that is sort of an heirloom.I wanted a traditional rope style chain, but not too beefy.Since nobody wears vests anymore, and you plan to wear it from a belt, do yourself a favor and get a decent belt hook.The typical wire one's on even expensive watch chains serve the purpose, but they're hideous.

Very nice chain, but the clasp ring is too big
24” chain—Looks great! Only issue, like others have pointed out, is the ring to which the clasp attaches is TOO BIG. I needed to separate the joint, remove the ring, place my cross on the chain and then reattach the ring, which ended up slightly distorted— not that anyone will ever see it, but when you need to bend a thin material like that, you end up compromising the integrity of the material.
