I first purchased this product for a friend that had problems with her gums and tongue because of chemo therapy - she found great relief. Now my husband and I use it daily. It does the job without the harsh sting of alcohol. Very healing

You can just use warm water and sea salt for the same result.

Good mouthwash. Helps keep plaque under control and reduces cavities. Only issue is with the cap. It’s used as a cup to pour into before putting in mouth. The inside liner always comes off and exposes the adhesive. There must be a better design.

A dentist friend gave me advice to gargle with salt water. My oral health as dramatically improved since I started doing this. You do not necessary have to purchase this product, you can make it yourself, but I find this convenient and easy. I recommend everyone do it. (unless if you have conditions where excessive salt could cause health concerns).
