It came with the inside seal slightly opened and the plastic wrapping was easy to take the lid on and off without opened the plastic so honestly I am suspicious if these have been tampered with and I can’t seem to be able to return them

Thorne Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin is one of the best supplements I’ve used. The methylcobalamin form is easy to absorb and doesn’t upset my stomach like some other B12 products I’ve tried. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy levels and overall sense of well-being since I started taking it. The capsule is easy to swallow, and the quality feels premium — exactly what I expect from a reputable brand like Thorne. Good brand, good pills

Even though this came as highly recommended through an article that I read, it didn't work well for me at all. After taking it for several days, I increased the dosage, thinking that maybe the dosage was too low. Unfortunately, it made me feel worse. Tired, lethargic, brain fog. Thankfully I had another brand on hand that I was able to switch too, which gave me great energy and helped to bounce back to feeling normal again. Both claim to be methylcobalomin, but the Thorne brand just didn't do it for me. 06/04/2025 I really felt that I needed to update my review after going back and forth between a couple of different brands of Methyl B-12. I discovered a few years ago that I have the MTHFR gene and for anyone that has this gene, you know how difficult it can be finding a product that works well. I did go back to this brand, but I have discovered that the initial issue that I was having was not getting enough b-12. Once I started taking 4 of these capsules per day, in divided doses, with a meal, I started to see some nice improvement and better sleep quality. I have read that people with the MTHFR gene can require a higher dose of b-12, and this is the case for myself. I have checked Thorne's website for a higher dosage but didn't come across anything, so I'll probably be switching brands. It's not cost effective to be taking 4 of these a day. Despite that, I did want to amend my review to a more positive one. 11/4/2025 UPDATE Once again, I feel the need to update my review. Bumping up to 5 stars! After going back and forth and trying to figure what my MTHFR can and cannot handle, I keep coming back to these. They are by far the most absorbable of everything that I have tried. Everything else has given me significant brain fog, indicating to me that it doesn't absorb very well. Just placed another order for the Thorne and will be sticking with it!!
