    APPALLING PRODUCT & SELLER!

After 2 hours of play both balls deflated. The inner capsule was faulty.Very difficult to detect defect, eventually found and patched up which was in a crease, however neither balls would blow up again. The children were devastated and bitterly disappointed as they loved being in the balls so much. Not to mention my fury as the Zorb balls were presents from me for their achievements. Not a word of apology or compensation from the sellers or Amazon. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from both companies as the items were not cheap. Cannot rate the product , should be zero star but this site wont allow me to submit with a star rating.
