Size:16 Fl Oz (Pack of 2) This focused, intense ginger syrup is brewed with whole fresh ginger root. We add Japanese chilies for an authentic, slightly hot finish. It makes powerfully flavorful Moscow Mules and whiskey-gingers when mixed as a ginger ale. Each bottle makes at least sixteen cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda. Ingredients: water, cane sugar, ginger root, chilies, citric acid. Brewed and bottled in Portland, Oregon. This two-pack is two 16 fluid ounce bottles.

Really Excellent Products
I have tried 3 of these syrups (ginger, spicy ginger, & Mango-Habanero) for flavoring the 2 to 3 liters of soda stream seltzer water that I drink every day. While I do prefer the ginger products, I am still very impressed with all of them for the amount of flavor that they are able to deliver, especially considering the sugar content compared to similar products on the market (I only need about 1 - 2 Tbsp. per liter to satisfy my tastes ). I highly recommend these to anyone who drinks a lot of water and is looking for a way to keep the taste interesting at a very reasonable price.

Awesome ginger syrup!!
Had a cocktail at outback steakhouse with Bacardi oakheart spiced rum. Ginger syrup and pineapple juice. Loved it. This seemed like what I was looking for. Ordered but impatient me went to the liquor store and bought something that was ginger but not syrup. Was not good. Today I received Portland syrups and made my cocktail and 100% perfect. Has that ginger taste and that ginger bite I was looking for. Even added it to my beer when I ran out of Bacardi. Just ordered 3 more. It's that good. Oh and I got a Portland syrups sticker that's going on the front of my guitar! Thanks Portland syrups. And thank you Amazon for having everything I'm looking for!Oh and with shipping it was still the cheapest one.😀

making water less boring, 1:3 ratio
Using CO2 charges I generate my own carbonated water to make ginger beer by the glass with this syrup.yumnot as ginger-spicy as pickette's ginger syrup but then I haven't tried portland's spicy ginger BASIL . The BASIL is actively disuading me.Pickette's would be the hands down winner if I could still buy 2 packs FBA, but their customer service via amazon is very lacking and it's too troublesome to order from their direct retail channel.Portland spice is dominated by the non-ginger componentsI use a syrup to water mix of 1:2 or 1:3 as 1:4 weakens the taste far too much.update:I am now also a huge fan of their Magno Habanero, and Summer Chai. Basil ginger was 'okay' once. I will have it and the other flavors on hand for guests.14💰 per bottle direct from their shopify site.

I prefer ginger syrup without the added chili
I've tried a few different brands of ginger syrup. I find that the added chili flavor detracts from, rather than adds to, the ginger taste. I prefer The Ginger People's organic Fiji ginger syrup. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EKEXOB4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Too much chili
I have been trying to find a syrup that will help me make a spicy Ginger Beer like I got in Jamaica. Given how disappointed I've been with other syrups, and even the ginger beer I made myself at home, I thought the addition of chili pepper in this syrup might be just what I needed to get the kick I've been missing. I was wrong.Unfortunately, the chili in this syrup adds too much (unwelcome) chili flavor and not enough spicy kick. I mostly want to throw this out, but I'm trying to salvage it by using small amounts to enhance other syrups. I won't be buying this again.

Not ginger syrup
This is not a ginger syrup. It is nothing like ginger syrup from Ginger People. It reminds me of the ginger juice I bought. It isn’t sweet and is thin like water. However, when combined with ginger syrup, it makes an excellent ginger beer. I will definitely buy it again. Tip: add a little lime juice to your ginger beer. That’s what restaurants do.

Not super ginger-y
This was good, it has some herbal notes in it that make it interesting, but I wasn't super impressed. I like a ginger syrup that straight up kicks you in the nose with its ginger-ness, this was not that. If you *don't* like that strong of a ginger, this would be perfect.

Great flavour
I used to love the ginger bite of Vernors as a kid, but sugary sodas upset my stomach now. This syrup has similar fire (better, even), without the sweetness.
