I bought these wrist straps because my back workouts were getting to the point where my hands were giving up before my muscles. Nothing ruins a workout faster than your grip saying, “I’ve done enough,” while your back is still ready to go. These straps feel strong, well made, and comfortable to use. The material has a good balance between being durable and not digging painfully into your wrists during heavier lifts. Once you get the hang of wrapping them properly, they make a noticeable difference with exercises like deadlifts, rows, and other pulling movements. The stitching looks solid, and they feel like they’ll handle plenty of training sessions without falling apart. They also give extra confidence when lifting heavier because you’re not constantly worrying about losing your grip. There is a small learning curve at first while figuring out the perfect wrap, but after a few uses it becomes second nature. Overall, these are a great addition to any gym bag. My grip strength might still need work, but at least now my hands aren’t the first ones to quit the workout. Five stars!

These are my first lifting straps! They seem good and sturdy, and I love the cute pink colour. They make it much easier to grip my dumbbells when doing RDLs and it doesn't hurt anymore to hold the rough grips.

Very good quality straps for weight lifting.
