will this master fit a 2001 Ducati ST2?

Unfortunately, Brembo Mastercylinders, are universal... not bike specific. They are made to fit more modern sport bike, but may need a little accommodations to make them fit.

Does it fit on the yamaha r3 2018 versions??

Yes, it can be mounted on your bike...... BUT, Since the R3, only has 1 caliper..... a much better choice would be the RCS15 That's what we run on Our R3 bike, and it works amazingly well.
