I live in Colorado, work indoors, and my legs haven’t seen the sun in probably 9 months. I’m quite pale, so I don’t know how this product might work for someone with more melanin. I’m happy with the overall effect for some late spring color. If I want a deeper, more golden tan in the summer I’ll probably switch products.PROS:*Doesn’t have that typical self-tanner smell. There is a slight odor, but after rinsing it doesn’t stick around like other tanners I’ve used.*Doesn’t streak like other tanners I’ve used. I lather this stuff on and it doesn’t seem to matter if I get a thicker/thinner layer..the tan is pretty even.*Natural color, not orange.*Doesn’t seem to require as much prep work as other tanners. I applied this to unshaven/unexfoliated legs twice (also twice after shaving) and it still worked.CONS:*Sticky feel when it goes on. I lock the bathroom door, apply it nude and then let it work for 20-30min.*Definitely takes more than 1 minute to take effect.
