Easy to swallow, about the size of a pea. Red, you can't miss it if you use a daily pill box. I re-ordered. My brother told me 30 years ago to take CQ 10. He said It's the most important supplement. Finally, This enzyme is somewhat affordable for me. Perhaps the manufacturer can add to this.

Urinary Urgency
I wanted this to work, but it causes me urinary urgency within about 12 hours if taking it; I think the pepper causes the urinary urgency. I've tried taking it in the morning, at night, with a high protein meal, etc., and nothing helps. I do not have urgency with any other CoQ10 I've taken, so this issue is unique to this product which is the first I've tried with pepper. I would advise anyone that experiences urinary urgency to weigh that factor.

I’m not sure exactly what CoQ10 is supposed to do, but I know I feel better when I’m on it.

My blood pressure rose quickly the day I started taking this. I don’t have blood pressure issues. I was medically recommended to discontinue.

Why was it discontinued?
I switched all of my supplements to the Amazon Elements brand, and this CoQ10 was the main one that I take because I am on a statin medication. Why was it suddenly discontinued? Was there something wrong with it? I would really appreciate being told why it was discontinued since I was taking it on a regular basis.

You absolutely cannot beat the price on this
I looked at several different stores for a CoQ-10 supplement that didn't cost a fortune. I wasn't expecting to find this but I ordered it as soon as I did. I will be getting this regularly from now on. I wasn't ever told to take this with my statin medication, or I'd have started taking it a lot sooner. But now that I've found this one, this is my go-to going forward.

Appears to be quality product
Unfortunately we can’t say with most vitamins if they are ‘working’ or not. This product appears to be quality made and the amazon transparency tells us where sourced. I will continue to use.
