Initially i had ordered the 300 lbs version and i couldnt move that even by half an inch.. Ive been using local hand grips for a year now.. But these USI grips are the real thing.. Now i have the 200 lbs version.. Its so tough.. The most i can do is squeeze out 80% of a single rep.. Not anymore at a time.. All in all these arw the premium things.. The look is so macho.. Its sturdy, its like chrome iron or steel made.. The handles have an ingraved design to facilitate grip.. If youre a beginner dont go for this.. Use local grips first.. I mean ive been using local grips available at sport shops for over a year.. Needlesa to say ive been gitting the gym since 2 yers nd yet im suprised to see the level of difficultt im facing at completing a single rep on this thing...i will gradually build up strength, ive done this before with hand grips.. When im able to squeeze in at least 40-50 reps at a time, ill order the 300 pound version.. Thanks for reading.. Edit : So im editing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars , its been 2 years since i bought this product , i bought it on 22 june 2020...it still feels and looks like new , altho i have been very careless with it , its been lying here and there sometimes got wet too , but i never bothered because i could never make use of it , i could never pinch it closely even once...now this is why i wanna wirite in my review that this product is not for beginners , cause im no amateur wither , i have 3 - 4 hand grips with varying strength levels and i have aced them over time but this one , it was just yesterday that i was able to complete 1 full pinch , truth be told there still was a 1 inch gap between the handles ..now i m gonna purchase a lesser version akd build my strength with it...hand grips have given me tremendous grip strength , now you may think that grip strength is just for arm wrestling or forearms but if you observe it practically , youll see its beneficial in everything , grip strength will help you in pull ups , chinups , and id be glad to brief you with this encounter i had ..long story short a guy wanted something and i said you can get it if you can take it from my hand , snatch it away if you can , i ended up dragging that guy across the entire floor , just because of grip strength , your body has strength its your arms that give in early , well not me.. Edit : 😂 it's 3rd July 2025 and the gripper I purchased in 2020 is still in primeee condition, it has not degraded in quality even a bit , it's like new, it doesn't rust , it doesn't break, its like new ... Very very premium quality product , highly recommended , im in my office otherwise I would have clicked pictures of my 5 year old hand gripper , I'm gonna buy the 300 pound gripper soon..lol , it's been 5 years 😂

Quality is superb. You will feel instantly just by touching it. I'm pretty sure this will last forever. I saw some review saying it's not for beginner. Just believe it. I almost purchase 150kg. Thankfully I go for 100kg. I couldn't even close this one. Lol

Nice product which I have been using for 3 months till now it didn't lose its tension but it have some faut like paint defect etc but a reliable product for inc finger strength

Hand gripper is well biuld and sturdy. But it is for Advanced athletetes. If your weight is more than 80kg and you have good muscle mass only then opt for it. After reading the review I thought of buying this. But it's genuinely 200lbs. It's not easy to use for beginners and intermediate level. I have a good grip strength and still I am not able to close it completely yet. Do if you are beginner start with 100lbs and for intermediate or 80kg+ weight or 70kg+weight with muscle then go for 150lbs .

I am a user who just bought the 200lbs USI hand gripper and let me tell u that it really is what it claims.dont follow d negative reviews guys.just go for it.i do not give my review to any product unless i am 100% fully satisfied with its worth in terms of the price, material and its use. This is really 200lbs nd not fake one nor a lighter one. I ordered 150lbs earlier frm a diff manufacturer and was able to close it easily which didnt felt like 150lbs to me then i ordered this and couldnt close even one. This is worth every penny..JUST GO FOR IT.ITS WORTH UR MONEY. Stay safe and stay fit.

Quality is good. The grip part is knurled. So, it's not comfortable in using. I bought 200 lbs one. It's very hard. This is not for beginners.

The product that has been delivered is not at all 200lbs while it is mentioned as 200lbs but that's not true the manufacturer is usi so i had trusted and ordered but that came out to be dissatisfactory, i have 300lbs,150 lbs and 100lbs grippers and they are far more difficult to close than this one, i can close this one with 2 fingers easily, this one is around 40-50 kgs not at all 100kgs don't go for this, as a beginner you can go for 200-250rs gripper which has 40kgs capacity.
