Almased Single Servings Meal Replacement Shake - Protein Powder for Weight Loss, 10 x 50 g

A lot of protein/diet shakes are clawringly artificially sweet which I personally dislike. These shakes have a really neutral flavour. I make them with skimmed milk and a dash of olive oil and chilled I think they are very pleasant and keep you filled from early until lunchtime. I would buy any other shake.

Tasted horrid. Mixed it after initial try with flavoured yoghurt and water . Wasn't hungry and lost a little weight but put it back on again when started eating normally

This is a good product- doesn’t make false claims. It’s not delicious but is perfectly adequate. Just use it as directed and you will see results. I’m not sure about the ability to keep you from feeling hungry- I was very hungry at times! But the scales don’t lie.

It tastes much less bitter than the last time I bought it. It’s good for IBS D as it slows down the peristalsis and seems to be antispasmodic. Certainly good for weight loss.

I get stomach crump it taste awful i have to trow it in the bin I tried one box its the original flavor

Kept me feeling full and after first time when I found it revolting when mixing it with milk, I changed it to water and mixed it using a spoon rather than blender and was pleasantly surprised by the improved texture and taste. Normally couldn’t drink anything like this but it was actually rather good and I did lose weight.

I use one or two as a meal replacement , am loosing weight and am very satisfied with them ! I add a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil ( with polyphenols ) and some Maca powder ! Delicious !
