It works good. I was surprised to see how well it works. And it was cheap. Seems to be well made and versatile as well. It was easy to connect to my phone or iPad. It came with extra silicone pieces. Cleaning was easy.

Not bad at all. Except for the crap app that's required for download. Never could get the orientation to feel "right" at all ( you'll understand what i mean by this REAL quick). Also the video latency (video lag) can be a SERIOUS problem at times!! Just go VERY slowly with every move ok.

This device is completely useless and profoundly frustrating . It accomplishes nothing. Nearly anything else, even a cinderblock, would outperform it in removing earwax. It broke after just two futile attempts. Its low quality, delicate design makes it incapable of grasping anything, it merely shuffles debris around, often exacerbating the problem. The indicator light blinks endlessly, the camera inexplicably displays nothing, and the seller ignores all attempts at polite inquiry for troubleshooting or replacement. With the meager thirty-day return window expired, I am left with this nonfunctional object cluttering my home, so futile that even discarding it feels like an insult to the concept of waste itself. traditional alternatives, such as Q-Tips, achieve superior results with far less frustration.

This saved me when I had an ear infection. Being able to see helped me realize the true cause and monitor how it was healing.

Decent product. Works as expected.

Hard to manipulate tweezers

The camera quality is good. It connects to the phone stupidly over a closed wifi connection instead of Bluetooth. The worst part of this is the tweezers themselves. They don't have enough strength to grab anything at all. Not at all worth purchasing

This is amazing tool it's small but function is perfect. silicon tips are so smooth and delicate won't damage ear canal. This is multi functional tool use as a endoscope just to check or use as tweezers to pick ear wax or use as spoon to remove wax. The camera is so clear can see perfectly. The ring button is amazing you can squeeze it from any angle and it work precisely remove wax in any direction. The most important feature is it's water proof so we can clean and also wipe it with alcohol for disinfection purpose.

Very clear camera. The tweezers aren’t very good & dont “grab” onto an object. They are actually quite weak and don’t fit tightly. As well the tweezers would be better if they were longer.

It worked really well for about 4 months but now image is green and unusuable. It could have been a 5 star review otherwise. I wish there was some kind of warranty and I’d update my review.

Camera is good but I expected the tweezers to be a little more sturdy

The camera quality is much better than I expected, and it connects easily to my phone. Being able to see what you’re doing in real time makes cleaning way safer and more effective than blindly using cotton swabs. It’s perfect for grabbing small stuff safely, and the grip is actually pretty solid.
