Better than water

These are really solid for everyday hydration and for giving your immune system a little extra support with the added vitamin C and zinc. The blueberry pomegranate flavor actually tastes pretty good too. One thing to note is that the powder tends to settle at the bottom if you just pour it into a regular cup of water, so it helps to use a shaker bottle or a small water bottle and give it a quick shake. I also like that there’s no sugar in these, which makes them easy to drink regularly without feeling overloaded with sweetness. My only real complaint is the artificial food coloring. Red 40 and Blue 1 just feel unnecessary in something that’s supposed to be a healthier drink option. It would be nice to see Crystal Light move toward more natural coloring (beet juice extract) alternatives instead of relying on artificial dyes. Not a dealbreaker for me personally, but definitely something I’d love to see improved in the future. Still, flavor-wise and convenience-wise, these are easy to keep around and use daily, worth it for the price in my opinion.

The flavor is really good and I didn't get sick this last cold/flue season.

This tastes good-I mix it with 4 cups for a lighter taste.

I really like the taste of this Crystal Light flavor with immunity support. The berry flavor is pleasant and it's a nice option for a drink without carbonation.
