can you pee a couple of times in these? do they hold odor well?

I never urinated in these panties but I can say that it holds leakage very well without an order.

Do you wear regular underwear over these? Or just these alone? (Will be wearing them postpartum)

There is no need to wear regular underwear over these.

Can it be used as a diaper?

Yes they definitely can be used as a diaper. These are maximum protection. Plus they are sleek and stylish you can still feel comfortable like a lady should. Thanks Always Discreet Black of course.

It looks like this is a high rise model where I want a full brief. Can you tell which is right?

Apparently they do sit a few inches below the waist, almost like the fit of low rider jeans. However, I understand that if you go up a size they fit more like a traditional panty; they just won't be quite as leak proof with major leaks as would a more tight fitting "panty."
