The pin holding the Z to the clasp fell out, is there any way I can get a replacement?

Not that I know. I fixed mine with a paper clip. A jewelry store could possibly fix it.

Love this! UPDATE INFO: I did really love this but have had issues and now no longer have the Z. After about a week the top link above the Z came off and I repaired it and all was good until yesterday when the bottom link above the Z came off and I lost the Z. There was no hard wear and tear on this and I really liked the look and design..
