Use these as do seem to work, good price cheaper than going to the shop and paying to park so I buy them online arrived ontime well packed

I’ve been taking this for decades and it really helps keep my skin hair and nails looking in tip top shape, while supporting overall health. The caplets are a little bit big but it’s important to swallow it whole and only take them on a full stomach. Very pleased with my purchase.

I have been taken these for several mouths (sinse april 2025) as after years of frequently dying my hair, my hair has receives a lot of damage since taken them.I ve actually noticed a improvement of the health and appearance of my hair and nails and would definitely recommend. I find these rather a good size and rather easy to swallow but wouldn't say no to them being smaller as sometimes people might need smaller sized tables

I bought this product for my husband who suffers with very sore split nails and it certainly seems to be helping, but taking the supplement all the time is key, also a gentle skin care cream or salve will help, his nails are much improved with hardly any problems
