Green Olives
Bought these but didnโt check them as for the pitt. They have the pits in the olive. I prefer pitted and stuffed olives with garlic or pimentos. The pickle of the olives is refreshing and delicious. If you donโt mind the pits these are great.

Mixed Feelings...
There are things to like and things not to like. Pros: Organic -big, huge pro Sodium content is less than some other brands Glass Jar (so you can buy on sale and store in the pantry) Packed in water (instead of sunflower, safflower or canola oil, etc.) Olives have pits and are meaty (not the disgusting mushy bloated things most people prefer) Olives are a normal medium/large size and the pits are not too big Olives are easy / pleasant to eat Olives taste good (subtle, not very bitter flavor) Four ingredients: organic green olives, water, sea salt, and citric acid Jar opens easily and you see/hear that safety pop telling you it was well sealed Price is reasonable Cons: Citric acid brine overpowers the lovely subtle taste of the olives -a lot!! Overall, I do like these but don't love these. I love olives, and the one's in oil do taste leaps and bounds better but aren't as healthy as the organic ones packed in water. Organic olives have not been treated with lye to expedite the pickling process and remove much of the bitterness (a/k/a the super amazingly good for you polyphenols), nor do they have added dyes to make them look a pretty shade of green (dyes that have been banned in some countries as they are not healthy). So, it's a trade off between health and taste. I'll keep looking for a jarred organic olive packed in water that doesn't taste quite so tart to the point it ruins the flavor of the olive. If I wanted to taste citric acid rather than olives, these would be perfect. : ( So, do I recommend these? Yes, if you want a healthier olive and you like a citric acid brine as opposed to olives in oil. Saltwise, these taste middle of the road -not crazy salty and not undersalted -can there even be such a thing as a commercially undersalted olive? Personally, I find all commercial olives to be way too salty. While the salt level in these are OK, that citric acid twang enhances the saltiness in a way that makes my tongue confuse the acidity as saltiness. Since I don't like super salty things, that's not a plus. So, I madly love olives in general but don't love these. Still, I no longer want to buy olives processed with lye and dyes. So, I'll keep looking for another organic jarred olive or, perhaps, an organic olive in oil sans lye/dye.

Taste like cancer
These are the worst olives I've ever tried in my entire life. They literally taste like actual chemicals. My god I couldn't finish one and I dumped the entire thing in the trash.
